EMSA Inmobiliaria S.A. celebrates this year 31 years of trajectory positioned as one of the leading companies in the development of urban lots in Paraguay. During this time, more than 30,000 families have gained access to their own land, consolidating its role as a key player in access to land.
General Manager Carla Allende emphasized that the company’s track record is highly positive.
“Over the past 31 years, EMSA has established itself as a benchmark in urban land development in Paraguay, with a strong commitment to social responsibility,” she stated.
Currently, the company is present in more than 20 municipalities, with 9 strategic branches in cities such as Ciudad del Este, Caaguazú, Concepción, Villarrica, San Ignacio, Pedro Juan Caballero, Santa Rosa del Aguaray, Katueté and Juan E.
